Full refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be given if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled course. Course registration is nonrefundable for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to a scheduled course. A one time transfer for the same registrant to the next scheduled program will be allowed. Registrant will also be responsible for any change in course tuition if transferring registration to the next course. Orthotalk, Inc. will not be responsible for any travel or lodging expenses.
